I grew up in Greater Vancouver, but the South Cariboo has felt like home since my teenage years. My family spent countless weekends and holidays at our Lac La Hache property, and those early experiences shaped my appreciation for this community and its lifestyle. In 2010, my wife and I purchased acreage near Horse Lake so our daughter could experience “The Cariboo way.” By 2017, we made it permanent.

We chose to build our life here because of the strong sense of community, connection, and balance that can be hard to find in the city. I believe real success includes time, space, and belonging — and that’s very much alive in the South Cariboo. Helping others find that same sense of home is a privilege I take seriously.
